Shipping

Each item will be embroidered after receiving your order and shipped within 10 business days. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped out.  

Domestic

All packages shipped within the US are sent via USPS.

 

International

We are currently shipping to Australia, Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom .  These orders are sent via USPS First-Class Package International.  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.  Please contact us if you would like to order from a country that is not listed here.

The customer is responsible for any customs or tax charges.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we are not offering returns for refund.  We can offer an exchange for a different in stock product within 15 days of original purchase.  Please contact us if you would like an exchange.  All items must be unwashed and unused. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
